Tabled Motion

If a motion is tabled at the beginning of a meeting, can it be "untabled" and voted on during that same meeting?

A member must move to take the motion from the table at that meeting or at the next meeting: a member receives recognition and moves to take the motion from the table; without debate a vote is taken to take it from the table; with a majority vote the motion is taken from the table; with a lack of a majority vote the motion is not taken from the table. If not taken from the table, the motion dies. RONR pages 290 -291 lines 34-7.
